Brisbane has so many interesting places, that it would take a week or more just to see them.

The street mall downtown is huge. Walking through the dining areas of sidewalk restaurants, smelling the heavenly smells of international cuisine cooking and being served, and shopping at the most exclusive shops, imprints your memory in a positive way.

A short walk through the mall takes you back to the Victoria Bridge, at point C again on our map, where you can cross the Brisbane River and return to the South Bank. South Bank is situated between the river and the train track for the CityTrain that serves Gold Coast.

Brisbane visitors who ride the CityTrain from the Gold Coast cities , can get off at the South Brisbane Station.

The next adventure was meeting my other host, Christine's family, attending a special birthday party and going to Byron Bay. (Big Grin)
