The Melbourne Experience 4

Melbourne is so much more than than just a place to visit for a few hours....there is so much to see and do that it would take months. It is truly a destination city. Another week would allow one to see the gardens and the fauna unique to the area, visit the China Town, the beaches, and the Gold Fields. Ah....maybe at another time.

Liz and I stopped at Celia and Allan's for afternoon tea. Isn't the view of the pool area nice.

Celia is an Australian of American descent.

That evening just before we all went to the airport to board our flight to Perth, we had dinner at Mary's. She was receiving some last minute computer instruction from her hubby, Peter.

Two other members, Keith and Lorraine, of The Melbourne Parkinson's Support group was going to the National Parkinson's Conference in Perth with us, on the 'redeye flight'.
